I started Sacred Mountain Microgreens to help others have incredible whole food nutrition. I want others to experience how great it is to feel fantastic from the food we eat. Our health starts with what we consume. I am also a dog and human nutritionist so I understand the importance of nutrient dense food and how it truly can change your life.
I grow food
I love to grow food. I don't just grow Microgreens I also have a huge green house that I grow a lot of vegetables in. Growing clean organic food is my mission and passion in life.
Healthy Lifestyle
I am not only enthusiastic about the food I eat and grow but I am also a passionate advocate for an overall healthy lifestyle. I am a huge outdoor girl. My dog and I love to hike in the mountains daily. My husband and I along with our dog Sky love to mountain bike too. I lift weights, do hot yoga, and I love to cook. I practice what I preach.

Where the name came from
Sacred Mountain Microgreens was created at our little house in the mountains. My husband built me a climate controlled room to grow our Microgreens in. We are blesssed to share our passions with you!
